吸附-浓缩-催化燃烧处理设备

 

设备介绍:  

       吸附-浓缩-催化燃烧处理设备是将活性炭吸附法和催化燃烧法结合在一起,成为一种结构紧凑,适合处理低浓度,大风量(如涂装废气)废气的联合系统。该工艺充分利用了活性炭吸附法和催化燃烧法的长处,克服其缺点,进一步提高净化效率,降低运行费用。


工艺流程:

       吸附-浓缩-催化燃烧处理工艺,首先经过干式漆雾过滤器去除漆雾,然后再进入填充了活性炭的吸附床吸附净化,净化后的气体排入空气。当流出床层尾气中的有机物浓度快要达到标准时,即停止本床层的吸附操作(切换到另一吸附床)。对于达到允许量的吸附床,按一定的浓度比把吸附在活性炭上的有机物用120e的热风进行脱附,经浓缩后的高浓度有机气体,再经换热器预热到300e后,进到催化床燃烧分解为二氧化碳和水。浓缩后的有机废气由于其热值的提高,因此在催化燃烧阶段不需要外加热源。燃烧后的尾气一部分被排出大气,一部分送往吸附床用于活性炭脱附再生,如此可以满足催化燃烧和吸附所需要的热能。

工作原理:

       吸附浓缩--催化燃烧工艺是活性炭吸附和催化燃烧的组合工艺,有机废气经过了吸附-浓缩和催化燃烧三个过程:首先利用活性炭的多孔性和空隙表面的张力把有机废气中溶剂吸附在活性炭的空隙中,使所排出废气得到净化;当活性炭吸附饱和后,用热风脱附再生;被脱附出来的有机物在催化剂的作用下,能在较低温度的状况转化为无毒无害的二氧化碳和水。

设备结构:
      催化燃烧处理设备包含以下组成部分:
   ★主要部分含有:吸附箱、吸附剂、催化燃烧床、电加热器、主风机、脱附风机及电控箱等。
   ★辅助配件:阻火器、电动阀门等。

催化燃烧处理设备特点:

  ★由活性炭吸附废气中的有机物,使该工艺具有了活性炭吸附工艺的安全可靠、净化效率高、适应浓度范围广。
    ★该工艺采用吸附-浓缩-催化燃烧组合工艺,整个系统实现了净化过程闭环操作,有机物一次处理彻底;无二次污染。
      ★该系统组合紧凑,充分利用热源,节省设备投资和操作费用。首先有机物经脱附后被浓缩(用热风脱附出来的有机物浓度比原来提高十几倍到几十倍),其浓度接近自燃状态,在催化燃烧阶段不需要外加热源就可以分解为水和二氧化碳。其次工艺设备在运行过程中最大限度的利用了有机废气中有机成分的热值。

应用行业:

      油漆、橡胶加工、塑料加工、树脂加工、皮革加工、食品业、铸造业、汽车废气净化和印刷工业等。

Introduction of equipment:

Process flow:
Adsorption - concentration - catalytic combustion process, first through dry paint mist filter to remove paint fog, and then into the packed activated carbon adsorption bed adsorption purification, the purified gas into the air. When the concentration of organic matter in the effluent from the bed is near to the standard, the adsorption operation of the bed layer ( switch to another adsorption bed ) is stopped. For the adsorption bed which reaches the permissible amount, the organic matter adsorbed on the activated carbon is desorbed by a certain concentration ratio, and the high concentration organic gas after the concentration is condensed, then the heat exchanger is preheated to 300e, and then the organic matter proceeds to the catalytic bed combustion decomposition into carbon dioxide and water. Due to the increase of the heat value of the concentrated organic waste gas, no external heat source is required in the catalytic combustion stage. A part of the burned tail gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and part of the exhaust gas is sent to the adsorbent bed for desorption regeneration of activated carbon, so it can meet the thermal energy required for catalytic combustion and adsorption.
Working principle:
Adsorption enrichment - catalytic combustion process is a combination process of activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion process, organic waste gas through adsorption - concentration and catalytic combustion three processes: first, the porous surface of activated carbon and the surface tension of the organic waste gas adsorption in the clearance of the activated carbon, so that the exhaust gas is purified; When the activated carbon is saturated, it can be regenerated by hot air. The desorbed organic matter can be converted to non-toxic harmless carbon dioxide and water at lower temperature under the action of the catalyst.
Equipment structure:

★ the system is compact, full use of heat source, saving equipment investment and operating expenses. First, the organic matter is concentrated by the concentration ( the concentration of organic matter desorbed by hot air is 10 times to several times higher than the original ), its concentration is close to the spontaneous combustion state, and no external heat source can be decomposed into water and carbon dioxide in the catalytic combustion stage. Secondly, the heat value of organic components in organic waste gas is utilized to the maximum extent of the process equipment in the process of operation.
