有机废气处理方案

 

有机废气处理特点:有机废气一般都存在易燃易爆、有毒有害、不溶于水、溶于有机溶剂、处理难度大的特点。在有机废气处理时普遍采用的是有机废气活性炭吸附处理法、催化燃烧法、催化氧化法、酸碱中和法、等离子法等多种原理。一般推荐使用等离子法,因为低温等离子法具有去除效率高使用方便的特点。比较好的有机废气处理方法是催化氧化净化系统,废气处理设计周密、层层净化过滤废气,效果较好。但要看到无论哪一种等离子都是以高压放电为主,产生放电打火,日本大阪大学1991年10月2日16时,就发生等离子体爆炸,当场炸死2人,轻伤5人。所以不建议在化工医药行业运用
